The breakfast was decent and reasonably priced. the hotel's location was perfect, close to a lot of shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the free wi-fi, which was fast and reliable.
The room was incredibly small, with barely enough space to move around. the staff were not very friendly and did not speak much English, which made communication difficult.

a short walk to matsusakagyu yakiniku m, where you can have lunch. hotel was close to such places as shinsaibashi shopping. osaka bay district is a good choice and absolutely worth visiting. we appreciated staying at namba washington plaza.

The hotel is near a wide array of restaurants and bars. There was a metro station not far away.
For us it was ideal.

The hotel is conveniently located near Nipponbashi station, making it easy to explore Osaka. There are also many good restaurants in the area, providing plenty of dining options. the rooms are clean and of decent size, ensuring a comfortable stay.
The English proficiency of the staff on reception could be improved.

Stayed here during Easter break. Got a really cheap deal online! Great location, super close to restaurants and public transport - made traveling a breeze. The room size was just enough but big enough for comfort. Bed was comfy and great shower!
Staff had limited English and were not particularly approachable. Wi-Fi in the rooms was really slow in certain areas.
